Who I am

Support Technician & Systems/Network-oriented profile with European institution experience.

My common thread: understand a system, make it reliable, then improve it. I come from IT support and incident management, while keeping a maker approach: homelab, home-automation wiring, mechanics, scripts and 3D.

• N1/N2 support, on-site support, incident coordination and VIP users.
• Windows Server, AD, GPO, M365, MDM, VMware, Pulse Secure, SAP support, SMT/ServiceNow.
• Debian homelab, Apache, TLS, Guacamole, WireGuard, UFW/fail2ban and backups.
• Documented mechanical projects: clutch/dual-mass flywheel, timing belt, A/C, diagnostics.
• Creative experiments: Blender, particles, Unreal Engine and VFX.
